We are looking for somebody who has proven themselves in the IT field by having impressive relational skills and above average IT abilities. Daily tasks would include:
- Virus removal
- Computer Hardware Diagnostics & Replacement
- Windows XP, Vista, & 7 Troubleshooting
- Network Installations and working with Server 2003 and 2008 from Microsoft
- Cable Runs
- IIS Support (Preferred)
- MS Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 (Preferred)
- Sales
- Cisco Networking (Minimal)
- Experience supporting organizations from 1 computer to 50 computers/workstations
- WSUS Experience (Preferred)
- Point Of Sale solutions (Preferred)
- Adapting to a wide variety of industries as it relates to computers
You would also need to have experience in sales and hardware troubleshooting. Occasionally you would be responsible for residential computer appointments.
Requirements:
-No certifications or degree required (Preferred)
-Energetic
-Need to be fully qualified to perform technical tasks (No technical training offered)
-Motivated to learn and adapt to areas you may be unfamiliar with
-No criminal history
-Good driving record
