In 2007 Moe and Kevin Damghani saw a need for a cost-effective computer solutions company in the greater Grand Rapids area both for residential and businesses. With combined computer experience of over 40 years, in 2007, Computer Rescue 911 was formed. It began as a father-son team dedicated to building a business with a goal of supreme customer support, unsurpassed service, as well as rates that are priced well below industry standards.
As the economy started to fall toward the end of 2007, and as our new business began to get started, we quickly learned the need to keep our overhead costs very low and therefore this kept our rates low. We found that to be a huge driver for our early success. The second big driver for our success was having a one-stop shop for all of our customer’s computer related needs…anything from a basic cable to campus- wide wireless and network installs including the support to go with it.
